Manchu Phom TEACHER

My career as a teacher in Rajeshwari Karuna School Tuli started in 2018. Life at RKS revolves around the relationships I have built with my students, colleagues, and parents. Because of the warmth of the school, I found myself part of a brilliant team very quickly. My stay and experience until now have been so friendly and warm. I feel that RKS fosters a proper environment for both students and faculty development. I always enjoy interacting with students, helping them grasp new concepts, and acquiring new skills in the process. When students feel respected and supported by the teacher, they gain confidence and strive when applying new concepts. And it is something that I have seen during my teaching experience with kids and has proven to be the same with adults. It is also true that if students can relate their learning to their daily lives, it will be more meaningful and long-lasting. The ability to learn is the most fundamental development of humanity. My academic experiences added to those encountered in the workforce have fostered a tremendous personal drive. This in turn has helped me to become an independent, self-sufficient, and hard-working individual. Apart from attaining my experience in teaching, I also get an opportunity to explore, cultivate my talents and pile up my vitality in diverse fields. Balancing numerous activities with my school life, family, and social life has provided me with lots of experience with prioritization and has made me very efficient. The responsibilities that I carry out as a teacher are extremely rewarding since it gives me the opportunity of becoming part of a person’s life and imprinting in their minds the knowledge that will allow them to achieve greater goals. It is a two-way process in which both teacher and students have the opportunity to learn from each other. For all the competent accomplishments in numerous aspects, I convey my heartfelt gratitude to the entire school for boosting my enthusiasm to extend my career.
